BAR & CATERING
The recently extended and re-furbished Clubhouse (2002) now provides ample
changing rooms , good sized bar area , two dining rooms which can be separated
if necessary and a patio area overlooking the 18th green. The relaxing
and friendly atmosphere allows Members and guests the opportunity to relax
after their golf and enjoy the views across the course.
Pre or Post game refreshments can be provided by the Club Caterer with
either a selection of traditional society food packages or if preferred
a wide range of interesting bar snacks with daily specials. |

The bar is a mixed bar and provides a good selection of reasonably priced
beers and real ales from George Gales & Co., Cheriton Brewhouse and
Itchen Valley Brewery. Our recently improved wine list courtesy of Ellis
of Richmond provides a wide selection of fine wine from France , Spain
and the New World to complement any meal.
The Club's Social Committee organises many events throughout the year from
formal black tie functions to informal quiz nights and BBQ's. Friday evening
is very popular for dining at the club with a specific menu created each
week. Sunday lunchtimes are also well attended with a wide choice of roast
meats and fresh vegetables at a very reasonable price.
The Bar & Catering services are open at varying times throughout the
year according to the season. |
